Clinical Nutritionist BHSC Nutrition and Dietetics; CPN AARPN

BA Health Science (Nutrition & Dietetics)

Rachael is a degree-qualified clinical nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine. She is a Certified Practising Nutritionist (CPN) registered with the Australasian Association & Register of Practising Nutritionists (AARPN), and is recognised as an Allied Health Professional under the NDIS.

Over the past seven years, Rachael has worked with more than 2,000 adults, children and families navigating autism, ADHD and complex mental health conditions. She uses nutrition, targeted supplementation and lifestyle change to reduce symptoms and help people thrive with their unique neurodivergent brains.

Her approach is built on the principle that nutrition is a fundamental pillar of neurological health. With a particular focus on the gut-brain connection and brain-based nutrition, she helps individuals with ADHD, autism and other mental health conditions build the foundations to do well.

Rachael works closely with integrative doctors, psychologists and neuroscientists, taking a whole-person view of each client, from nutrient deficiencies and gut health through to brain function.

Rachael brings lived experience alongside clinical training and scientific evidence. Her style is neuro-affirming but no-nonsense and results-focused: she respects each person's uniqueness while giving families practical strategies that work.

She believes everyone deserves more than a diagnostic label; they deserve the chance to thrive in their own way.
